01Products & pricing

All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

02Orders & payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud.

03Pre-launch reservations

VIP reservations (e.g., $1 Founder's Fire reservations) are fully refundable at any time upon request. A reservation does not guarantee product availability or a specific price. Final pricing and availability will be confirmed at the time of purchase or Kickstarter backing.

04Kickstarter campaigns

Purchases made through Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter's own Terms of Use. Camp Torch is responsible for fulfilling rewards to backers as described in the campaign. Estimated delivery dates are good-faith projections, not guarantees. If fulfillment issues arise, we will communicate updates to backers directly.

05Shipping & delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

06Returns & refunds

• Pre-launch reservations: Fully refundable at any time. Email crew@camptorch.com.
• Product returns: Eligible within 30 days of delivery. Contact crew@camptorch.com to initiate a return.

07Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, and branding — is the property of Camp Torch Inc. and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

08User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

09Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMP TORCH INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Torch Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boise, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
